CRD Projects Pty Ltd ("CRD Projects", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how we handle it. What we collect
When you submit our enquiry form we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, suburb, project type, indicative budget and a description of your project. If you contact us by phone or email, we collect the information you choose to share. Our website also uses cookies and analytics (see "Analytics and cookies" below).
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and discuss your renovation project.
- To prepare quotes and, if you proceed, to plan and deliver your project.
- To improve our website and understand how visitors find and use it.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example our website host, form and enquiry-handling provider, email provider and analytics provider — and only so they can perform those services for us.
